“My husband and I moved into V-Esprit six months ago after visiting a dozen other senior communities in the Denver area. Nothing compared to this community and we felt “at home” as soon as we walked into one of the spacious patio homes. V-Esprit has a warm and welcoming feel, there are lots of activities, and the other residents have been really fun to get to know. Peter, Cindy, Mary and the rest of the staff are amazing—so friendly and helpful. They make it easy to be as involved as one wants to be. The rent includes membership in the Shalom Park Health Center where we work out in the gym, take classes, and can use the pool. This 14-acre campus has mature landscaping, great walking sidewalks, and gorgeous views of the Front Range. It’s a hidden gem and we’re so happy we found it!”

“My wife and I are searching for an active adult community in the Denver suburbs and recently visited V-Esprit. It has become our first choice among the various communities we toured. The location is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. The amount of available activities and the fitness facilities are second to none. We had the opportunity to meet several community residents and staff members who were really friendly and helpful. Another aspect that stood out for us was that we met with the founding owner of the entire development, Peter Torrens, who personally conducted both a first and second tour for us. He took the time to patiently and openly answer all of our questions and explain the details in becoming residents of V-Esprit. We found it interesting and refreshing that the community has an owner who is on-site regularly and takes great personal pride in it, as opposed to a large corporation with multiple properties. Overall, we are truly excited about the prospect of moving to V-Esprit in the near future.”

“Even though we just moved into V-Esprit a few days ago, we have had a warm welcome from residents, staff, and council leaders. In particular, Peter, the leasing manager, Cindy, the executive director, Sal, the Maintenance Supervisor, and Susan, the concierge, have been so supportive and informative. Their professional expertise and kindness have made the rental and moving-in processes smooth and pleasant. Our patio home is immaculate, spacious, and filled with light. We can see the mountains from our sunroom windows. The V-Esprit community itself is beautifully landscaped, and the neighbors are as warm as the Denver sun.”
