“My husband and I moved into V-Esprit six months ago after visiting a dozen other senior communities in the Denver area. Nothing compared to this community and we felt “at home” as soon as we walked into one of the spacious patio homes. V-Esprit has a warm and welcoming feel, there are lots of activities, and the other residents have been really fun to get to know. Peter, Cindy, Mary and the rest of the staff are amazing—so friendly and helpful. They make it easy to be as involved as one wants to be. The rent includes membership in the Shalom Park Health Center where we work out in the gym, take classes, and can use the pool. This 14-acre campus has mature landscaping, great walking sidewalks, and gorgeous views of the Front Range. It’s a hidden gem and we’re so happy we found it!”

The location is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are outstanding. The amount of available activities and the fitness facilities are second to none. Another aspect that stood out for us was that we met with the founding owner of the entire development, Peter Torrens, who personally conducted both a first and second tour for us. He took the time to patiently and openly answer all of our questions and explain the details in becoming residents of V-Esprit. We found it interesting and refreshing that the community has an owner who is on-site regularly and takes great personal pride in it, as opposed to a large corporation with multiple properties.
